I am a graduate from William and Mary (Class of 2000). My experience in real estate began in 1996 when I became the owner and operator of F & S Home Restoration. I have been a Realtor and Real Estate investor since 2003. My area of expertise is in utilizing Real Estate as an investment. I have "flipped" numerous homes that range in profits from $15,000 to $75,000. I also maintain 30 rental properties for Cherry Property Management.
